The objectives of this retreat are to:

Deeply explore the Vedantic truth “I am a Divine Being” as taught in the Gita and Upanishads.
Learn how to integrate this spiritual Self-identity in the process of daily meditation.
Apply it in our everyday life to enhance inner balance, resilience, mental and emotional strength etc.

The sessions are interactive with guided meditations, Q&A etc.
