About
Most of us spend our entire lives using the mind without ever truly understanding it. We know something is not working: anxiety, depression, burnout, and disconnection are rising despite everything modern life offers. Yet the tools to address this go deeper than symptom management. They require a genuine, holistic understanding of the mind itself. This course offers exactly that. Drawing on the contemplative sciences of Yoga, Vedanta, and Kashmir Shaivism, alongside modern neuroscience, physics, and the mathematics of wave dynamics, it builds an accessible map of the mind: its structure, its functions, how experience is constructed within it, what causes it to drift into suffering, and what restores it to its natural coherence and wellbeing. The bridge between these two traditions is not metaphor but a formal framework, the Ritam Wellbeing Framework, in which the mind is represented as a wave system with scientifically and contemplatively meaningful terms. The course unfolds across five modules and thirty-six lessons. No background in science or scripture is assumed. It is open to anyone willing to look honestly at their own experience. It is also the foundation for a series of application-based courses to follow, designed specifically for Parents, Educators, Health Professionals, and Young People. What you learn here will change not just how you understand the mind, but how you live inside it.
